Digital radiology is a modern technology for acquiring X-ray images. The values generated at the end of the exposure are converted into pixels. This technology provides excellent image resolution because the electrons generated by X-rays have very low lateral dispersion, allowing for more precise examinations. Compared with conventional analogue radiology, it reduces technical limitations and provides more accurate diagnostic information.
